/ Billing Refund
This Billing, Subscription & Refund Policy governs subscription billing, payments, cancellations, refunds, and access to our services. By subscribing, you agree to the terms set out below.
All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and are subject to a mandatory minimum commitment of one (1) full billing month. Payment for the first month is required in advance to activate access to the platform.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of access to paid features.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a billing period has commenced, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for unused time, early termination, or non-usage of the service.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the organisation to a refund for the current or past billing periods.
Upon cancellation or non-payment:
Organisations may reactivate their subscription at any time by resuming payment. Upon successful payment, full access to statistical data and platform features will be restored in accordance with the active subscription plan.
In the event of a failed, declined, or overdue payment, we reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to paid features until payment is successfully processed.
We reserve the right to amend this Billing, Subscription & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon publication on this page.
