2. Insights & Reporting

Collected data is processed internally to generate reports and information that support decision-making and performance tracking. Members can access this information according to their organisation’s subscription plan.

3. Access & Subscription

Access to data and insights is available to members as long as the organisation’s subscription is active. If billing lapses, access to reports and analytics is temporarily suspended, but basic account information remains accessible.

4. Security & Privacy

We take data security and privacy seriously. All information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and POPIA compliance guidelines.
